Who we are

This site, shipbench.ai, is run by Karobar Solutions LLC, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, USA. ShipBench is a software product we are building. If you have a question about privacy, email [email protected].

What the site does today

ShipBench is in development. Right now this website gives you information about the product and offers one form, a request to join the early-access list. There is no account, no login, no payment and no pricing on the site. When that changes, this page changes with it.

What the early-access form collects

When you submit the form, we store four things:

• The email address you typed in.
• The page or section you submitted from (we call it the "source"), so we know which part of the site brought you here.
• The time you submitted it.
• The country Cloudflare works out from your request.

We do not store your IP address, your name, or anything you did not type. The records are kept in Cloudflare Workers KV.

Why we collect it

To contact you about early access to ShipBench, and later to tell you when ShipBench launches. That is the whole list. We do not sell data and we do not pass it to anyone for marketing.

If you are reading this in the EU or the UK, our legal basis is consent, which you give by submitting the form.

Getting your record removed

Email [email protected] and ask to be taken off the list. We delete the record. You do not have to give a reason, and there is nothing to cancel, because there is no account.

Who else handles your data

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, so Cloudflare, Inc. is our hosting and infrastructure provider and processes request metadata for us.

Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com). That means Google receives your IP address when the font files load.

When you submit the early-access form, a copy of the request (your email, the source, and the country) is also posted into our private Basecamp chat so we see it straight away. That means 37signals, LLC, which runs Basecamp, processes those details as well.

Apart from those providers, and apart from cases where the law requires it, your data is not shared with anyone.

Cookies and analytics

The site sets no cookies of its own. There are no analytics scripts and no advertising trackers on it at present. If we add analytics later, we will update this page and the date at the top of it.

Links to other sites

We link out to getassistant.io, karobarhq.com and LinkedIn. Once you follow one of those links you are on someone else's site, covered by their privacy policy rather than this one.

Children

This site is not directed at anyone under 16. If you are under 16, please do not submit the early-access form.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy of it, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Since the only record is one form submission, deleting it is usually the quickest answer. Email [email protected] and we will sort it out.

Changes to this policy

If we change what the site collects or what we do with it, we update this page and change the "Last updated" date at the top.
