shipbench.ai is run by Karobar Solutions LLC, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, USA. By using the site, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. Questions go to [email protected].

What the site is

The site describes ShipBench, a software product in development, and lets you ask to join the early-access list. There is no account, no login, no payment and no pricing on the site today. What you get here is information about something we are still building, plus a way to tell us you want to try it.

Plans, not promises

What you read about ShipBench's features, timeline and pricing describes what we plan to build. Plans change while a product is being built, and ours will. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell, and nothing here guarantees that a feature will ship, that it will ship when we said, or that it will work the way it is described here.

The early-access list

Joining the list creates no obligation on either side. You are not buying anything, and we are not required to give you access by a date or at all.

Karobar Solutions LLC may close the list, change the product, or decline access to anyone, at its own discretion.

You can ask to be taken off the list at any time by emailing [email protected]. The privacy policy explains what happens to the record.

The content on this site

Everything on the site is provided as is, for information. We do not promise it is complete or accurate at any given moment, and we do not promise the site will always be available. Because the product is still being built, pages here can fall behind what we are actually doing, and we correct them as we go.

We link out to getassistant.io, karobarhq.com and LinkedIn. Those sites have their own terms and their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for what appears on them.

Limits on our liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Karobar Solutions LLC is not liable for any loss that comes out of your use of this site, or out of your relying on something described here that later changed. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the State of Wyoming, USA. Any dispute about the site or about these terms goes to the courts of Wyoming.
